Responsibilities:
· Design, develop and deploy database models for application development to support business applications, ensuring system scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
· Perform data analysis and data modeling for operational application and analytical databases.
· Be responsible for data classification, naming, design of the database, and the creation of DDL.
· Provide technical consulting for application teams for data naming, classification, design and handling as a part of the first line of defense for data controls in designing systems.
· Suggest and implement improvements in architecture, team processes and functions.
· Meet with client as required to provide delivery expertise and drive results.
· Take accountability to complete work on time and raise blockers and issues to ensure timelines are met.
· Ensure all deliverables are completed with a high satisfaction and build client and Trianz peer relationships to build trust and confidence.
· Based on past and current client execution, work with peers to lead in the development of point of views, new solutions, accelerators that will assist in driving results.
· Using your experience, provide leadership and guidance as needed with building out innovative solutions that will accelerate implementation and time to market for our clients.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in IT, Data Analysis, Data Manipulation, or related
- Hands on experience with Erwin
- Experience with databases and SQL
- Experience with dimensional modeling
- Understanding of data modeling best practices
- Full lifecycle experience in waterfall and agile development methodologies
- Intelligent but practical; you want to get things done and love simplicity.
Required Qualification:
Requires BA/BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Analytics related field.
