Job Description :
Principal Responsibilities
Accountable for a shadow quota and driving revenue targets (ACV) on a given cloud technology as per a joint business plan
Govern business development and presales activities in coordination with solution architects (internal and external) to create unbeatable propositions and results
Develop GTM strategy and oversee sales plays to drive overall revenue for a specific cloud
Build a relationship with competency/sales counterparts in the cloud organization to drive regular cadence and monitor the progress against the GTM strategy
Develop relationships and engage with multi-functional customer and partner ecosystems (Databricks, Snowflake, Talend, Informatica) to extend reach and drive business at scale
Demonstrate thought leadership and excellent communication and networking skills in order to vocalize CSP value proposition and increase thought within the Cognizant and partner sales community.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelors'' Degree and a minimum of 15+ years of professional IT experience
Demonstrated success working with: C-Level execs, enterprise architecture boards in defining roadmaps, building technology solutions for integrated data and analytics on cloud -ROI, cost summary, value map

Technical Qualifications:
Preferred cloud competencies:
Microsoft Certified Solution Architect
Knowledge of PaaS services relating to Data, Analytics and end-point API interfaces - EMR/Dataproc/Databricks etc.
Able to determine between best of technologies by layer -e.g., stream processing, messaging, search, etc.
High-level awareness of other partner technologies, which are alternative to native services like Snowflake, Cloudera, Talend, Informatica, Confluent, etc.
Holistic knowledge of solution architecture, including:
Data layers and purpose
Serverless compute
Processing run time -ETL vs Spark run time, etc.
Security controls around authentication, authorizations, encryption and certificates
Ability to recommend the migration tools and design data migration strategy
Metadata and data catalogs
Ability to compare and contrast across technologies in any layer objectively with evaluation criteria and considerations
Excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong verbal and written communication
Expertise in preparing presentations, executive readouts
