Position:Data Architect

Location:Philly PA(Remote)

  • Analyze business, data, and system requirements to perform data design and data modeling activities.
  • Design conceptual, logical, and in some cases physical data models, as needed, to support existing systems and new applications/systems.
  • Create/update data models in Erwin as required on a project.
  • Create/update DDL scripts as required on a project.
  • Document, and enforce data modeling standards, guidelines, and procedures to conform to ACFC standards.
  • Effectively compose data flow, data impact analysis, and data design documents as required for a project.
  • Conduct data model and data architecture reviews on individual and cross functional projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide technical guidance that aligns with ACFC data enterprise architecture and standards.
  • Partner with the key business representatives, data owners, end users, application owners, and other architects to ensure project deliverables meet the expectation.
  • Troubleshoot challenges as they arise, provide input on solution options, and resolve as needed.
  • Conduct effective meetings. Convey ideas clearly and tailor communication based on the project and audiences.
  • Write and update project status reports.
  • Able to play independent contributor role
