Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead and deliver cybersecurity initiatives in a matrixed environment.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience managing Cybersecurity or IT projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- PMP, Six Sigma, SDLC, or Agile certification
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Experience working in matrixed or co-sourced environments
- Proficient with MS Project and MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Energy, Utilities, or Services industry
- Exposure to cybersecurity tools and platforms
- Master’s degree in related field
- Experience with PPM tools, Jira, ServiceNow
- Background in risk management, threat intelligence, and incident response
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar
People & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Promote project management best practices across the organization
- Support collaboration across technical and business teams
Tools & Governance
- Follow Waterfall and Agile project management standards
- Use MS Project, PPM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for delivery and reporting
