Pay Range: $18.14/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Note: Candidates needs to be onsite on that day (“onboarding concert”)
- Take one call after another.
- Use multiple systems and resources.
- Assist members with accessing their health plan.
- Help members with questions and inquiries about their health benefits.
- Ask probing questions to provide First Call Resolution. Taking all necessary actions to fully resolve the inquiry.
- Treat each contact with our customers with a loved one level of care.
- Soft skills required:
- Attendance
- Dependable.
- Grasp virtual training.
- Strong communication skills.
- Want to work within a team – help other team members.
- Note:Miss ZERO training – Very Important
- Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
- 95% Quality audits
- 97.5% conformance/90% adherence to schedule
- Handle time/hold time/ASA goals
