Position : CRM Consultant

 

 

Description:

This requirement is for a Microsoft CRM subject matter expert to assist in CTI integration with CRM databases that integrate into Microsoft Teams. This requirement will mostly be utilized with our Anywhere 365 Contact Center platform and other UCaas applications as assigned.

These CRM requirements will be used to keep track and store customer information, enhance the customer experience, and increase efficiency for various programs. This will be implemented with our Anywhere 365 and additional UCaas Platforms for functionality and productivity.

Technical Requirements

Here are a list of requirements that will vary within the Departments and Agencies with the county of technical asks within their individual applications. These requirements will vary but are not limited to the following:

  • Business intelligence
  • Social Media, voice, chat, SMS, email integration and other applications with Unified Communications Contact Center platforms
  • Integrating Scheduling applications and calendars
  • Computer Telephony (CTI Integration)
  • Workflows
  • Collaboration
  • API requirements

 

Work Remotely

  • Temporarily but may need to periodically go onsite.
