Job Description :
Act as a Continuous Improvement expert in a Strategic Project focused on cost, efficiency, quality improvement, customer experience improvement at the enterprise level. The scope of the project includes multiple functions/departments, impact agents and customers, and contain complex business, legal or regulatory issues. Apply Continuous improvement tools to mentor and develop process capability, reduce cycle time, eliminate waste / defects throughout the business. This position requires interaction with executives and other personnel throughout the organization, an understanding of business across the enterprise, and a focus on strong leadership, critical thinking, effective facilitation / influencing.

4+ years' experience in a continuous improvement role
2+ years’ experience coaching or training others in continuous improvement methodologies
Highly skilled in process visualization tools, such as process mapping, value stream mapping, customer journey mapping, SIPOC, etc.
Ability to see the big picture, understanding needs and tying them to results, and driving value
Demonstrates a positive mindset, high levels of character and integrity, and a keen awareness of continuous improvement
Understands how team efforts are aligned with organizational objectives and priorities
Advises and collaborates with others to develop strong, positive working relationships across all levels of the organization to drive success of projects and efforts
Offers creative, innovative, data-based solutions by focusing on forward progress and creativity, even when working through complex, often competing needs
Adjusts positively to quickly changing priorities and shifting goals
Listens to and embraces ideas and insights from others to find better solutions

High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Certified Lean Black Belt
