Key Responsibilities:
1.Office 365 Management: • Administer and maintain Office 365 services, includingExchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. • Monitorand optimize Office 365 performance, security, and compliance. • Troubleshoot andresolve Office 365-related issues.
2. Active Directory Management: • Manage andmaintain the Active Directory environment. • Implement domain renames andensure seamless integration with existing domains. • Oversee user accountmanagement, group policies, and security permissions.
3. Data Migration: • Plan,coordinate, and execute data migration projects into Office 365. • Ensure dataintegrity, security, and accessibility during migration. • Troubleshoot and resolve datamigration issues.
4. Mergers and Acquisitions: • Collaborate with various businessunits and IT teams to assess IT needs during mergers and acquisitions. • Developand execute IT integration strategies and plans. • Ensure smooth transition of ITsystems, applications, and data.
5. Documentation and Reporting: • Maintaincomprehensive documentation for Office 365, Active Directory, and data migrationprocesses. • Generate regular reports on system performance, project status, andcompliance.
6. Security and Compliance: • Implement and enforce security bestpractices. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
