Business Analyst – Warehouse Operations
Contract : 6-12 Months
Location : SFO , CA (Remote for now)
· 5 to 10 years of experience as an IT business analyst in Distribution Operations, ideally in Distribution of apparel or footwear.
· Has functional knowledge of Distribution Operations master data, inbound processing (receiving, put-away), outbound processing (waving, picking, packing, shipping), reverse logistics (returns, rework), master data.
· Experience with Manhattan, Red Prairie / Blue Yonder WMS, or homegrown WMS is a plus.
· Experience with integration of Warehouse systems with SAP/S4 a plus.
· Experience documenting business process using tools such as VISIO, PowerPoint, others.
· Inquisitive, likes to drill down and learn, can ask probing questions and get to the bottom of things.
· Able to report out clearly and explain the business processes, looks for opportunities to improve, etc.
