Title- Business Analyst(UX/UI)
Location- Charlotte, NC (3 days Onsite)
Who are we looking for?
Highly motivated Business Analyst with at least 10+ years of experience to join our team as we embark on a digital transformation journey. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing and defining the requirements for enhancing the end-user experience across various enterprise functions, including IT, HR, and Access Management.
Technical Skills:
" Partner with business stakeholders in IT, HR, Access Management, and other departments to identify areas for improvement in user workflows and processes.
" Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and desired functionalities to identify opportunities for improvement.
" Lead or assist in brainstorming sessions and facilitation workshops.
" Work collaboratively with designers, developers, and project managers to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions.
" Develop and maintain persona specific user stories, wire frames, functional workflows user acceptance criteria, and other business analysis documentation. Conduct user testing sessions and analyze feedback to ensure solutions meet user needs. Create training materials and support user adoption of new digital solutions.
" Collaborate closely with stakeholders to design the user experience.
" Exposure to performing complex IT operation analysis and design for global IT operations.
" Provide process improvement recommendations and solutions based on specific customer/business needs.
" Exposure to ServiceNow modules and other enterprise systems for HR, IDAM, Procurement etc.
" Experience in managing interaction/UX/UI development life cycle.
Skills
" Prototyping tools and methodologies, wireframe, HTML, CSS
" Well versed with ITIL/Agile
Behavioral Skills:
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to develop client-ready technical and business-oriented documentation.
" Communicating with stakeholders and helping stakeholders understand different implementation options at business and technical level.
" Coordinate with various teams to drive and execute changes or make recommendations to change as appropriate.
" Working experience to collaborate in a global environment with geographically distributed high-performance team.
Qualification:
" Master s/bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
" 10+ years of relevant working experience.
" Proven experience in conducting user research and analysis.
" Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis techniques.
" A passion for technology and user experience (UX) design.
" Experience working in a cross-functional environment with various departments.
