Job Description :

•    Participate in workgroup sessions with business to gather the requirements
•    Develop tracebility matrix and functional specification documents
•    Assist in the translation of business requirements into detailed technical specifications
•    Mediating business units that may have conflicting requirements.
•    Work with architect and business end users to ensure system and processes are aligned
•    Assess and complete change management tasks during readiness phase of project
•    Participate with Teams to help address any queries as part of Development/Testing activities
•    Create Functional Design requests where needed and coordinate with developer on change request
•    Developing and documenting AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.

Required Skills:
•    3+ years of experience with general IT SDLC processes.
•    3+ years of experience in extracting business, functional and non-functional requirements from business units and IT staff.
•    Possess good verbal and written skills 
•    Ability to facilitate group meetings with both Business and IT resources.
•    Ability in documenting and reporting project status to Leadership
