Responsibilities• Participate in workgroup sessions with business to gather the requirements• Develop tracebility matrix and functional specification documents• Assist in the translation of business requirements into detailed technical specifications• Mediating business units that may have conflicting requirements.• Work with architect and business end users to ensure system and processes are aligned• Assess and complete change management tasks during readiness phase of project• Participate with Teams to help address any queries as part of Development/Testing activities• Create Functional Design requests where needed and coordinate with developer on change request• Developing and documenting AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
Required Skills:• 3+ years of experience with general IT SDLC processes.• 3+ years of experience in extracting business, functional and non-functional requirements from business units and IT staff.• Possess good verbal and written skills • Ability to facilitate group meetings with both Business and IT resources.• Ability in documenting and reporting project status to Leadership
