Role Expectations:

Act as the primary liaison with the client during functional discussions.
Help shape client requirements and align them with the client’s roadmap.
Be dynamic and enterprising, with proven expertise in the US Insurance distribution domain.
Lead functional and solution discussions with the client during US business hours.
Collaborate effectively with the offshore delivery teams and Product management team.
12+ years of experience in Business Analysis within the P&C Insurance domain.
Strong understanding of insurance distribution models (agency, direct, broker, digital).
Proven experience with insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco) or custom P&C solutions.
Expertise in business process design, functional specification writing, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
