Job role:
A business analyst (BA) is a professional who plays a crucial role in analyzing and improving the processes and systems within an organization to meet its business objectives. The primary goal of a business analyst is to bridge the gap between the business needs and the solutions provided by information technology (IT) or other functional areas. 

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Conducting a thorough analysis of client requirements, market trends, and industry data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Developing comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
  • Utilizing analytical tools and methodologies to extract meaningful insights, contributing to the enhancement of marketing strategies.
  • Assisting in the identification and implementation of process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
