Job Description :

IT Bench Sales Marketer ( REMOTE Offshore ) multiple jobs based on experience from Goa / Hyderabad Location
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Bench Sales AND Recruitment is required
Experience marketing and placing Bench consultants ((H1B, OPT, )
Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry (Must place a minimum of 2 consultants per month – MUST demonstrate proof of previous Contract C2C placements during the interview)
Must have 10/10 Comm.
Must have strong US vendor relations (at least 10) – Prime Vendor or Direct Client Only (NO Layers)
Experience with full-cycle Contract C2C Sales: vetting requirements from Job Portals, Cold Calling, Identifying the best consultants, Extensive Resume Review before submission, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis
Ability to develop a Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.
Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex technical requirements
Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment
Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them to team leads
Previous experience with TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant etc. preferred
