Job Description :
Monitoring and optimizing the application performance and identifying performance bottlenecks in web applications and providing solutions.

Ability to do requirement gathering and target environmnet analysis from an APM perspective.

Hands-on implementation expereince in Dynatrace On-premise and SaaS based solutions

Experience/ Knowledge in customer experience management, Application Performance Monitoring and log analytics.

Hands-on experience in configuration and customization of Dynatrace solution

Coordinate with various project stakeholders and partner support teams to ensure seamless tool deployment.

Collaborate with application developmnent, application support and other IT infrastructure resources to define measurement frameworks.

Good understanding of application life cycle management

Performing health check for the monitored applications technical experience.

Good experience on Dynatrace architecture

Troubeshooting application issues using Dynatrace.

Excellent customer facing skills

Strong analytical and problem solvong skills
