Required Skills
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar).
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Experience integrating AI systems with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with legacy system integration (e.g., AS/400, mainframe systems) and modern APIs.
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and experience with ETL pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of solution delivery from concept to deployment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desired Skills
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Background in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with secure data handling and compliance standards.
