Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) seeks an Agile Coach for a long term contract at one of our top Fortune 500 companies. This position requires that the selected candidate be located in St. Louis, MO
Job/Role Description:
In this role, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate flexibility in the execution of their duties. Best practices will be maintained, while also facilitating the adoption of an Agile Scrum delivery approach by project/product teams, articulating and reporting on the value of Agile development to executive leadership, and ensuring that the health of projects are accurately represented at the portfolio level.

(1)In depth knowledge of project management practices, value, and approach
(2)Extensive knowledge of Waterfall and Agile principles and the value of practicing Agile development
(3)Extensive knowledge and practical experience with the management of the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC
(4)Practical experience in managing projects using Scrum.
(5)Experience providing relative and up to date project information to various levels of management and business stakeholders.
(6)Knowledge of multiple Agile project management techniques.
(7)Experience forming an Agile Team and being embedded as a team member throughout the life of a complete Agile Project.
Responsibilities:
(1) Train and mobilize Agile Scrum Teams through Sprint 0.
(2)Coach Agile Scrum teams to deliver consistent, quality product to production.
(3)Overcome obstacles, manage risk, and communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
Qualifications:
(1) At least 5 years of Agile Experience as an Agile Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
(2) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
(3)Excellent listener, with a positive and collaborative attitude who possesses skills in conflict-resolution, behavior influencing and leadership.
(4)Bachelor’s degree required in IT or management discipline.
(5)PMI ACP Agile certification is required.
