Job Title: Engineer Test

Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Contract: 12 Months (Probability of extend)
Job description:
Candidate will work remote until COVID restrictions are lifted (local candidates or candidates willing to relocate at own expense)
Please note that candidates MUST have the required skills, not limited to the following:
*10 years recent experience with test program development on Advantest 93K platform
*Advantest 93K (10 years recent experience)
*Good knowledge of C/C++, perl/python
*Experience with pattern bringup and debug
*Good verbal and written communication skills
*Flexibility to work evening/overnight shifts or weekends as required
*Experience with ATE Hardware development and debug
* Education: BS Degree, computer engineering, electrical engineering or related field
Good to have :
Experience working with high power ASIC chips
Experience working in teams
5 essential and desirable skills/ experience required for the role:
o Know Advantest 93K tester development
o 93k C++ Test Method
o Semiconductor Testing Engineering experience
o ATE wafer probe card, loadboard design
o Device Characterization on ATE
