Job Description
:
Provide recruiting coordination support to team of recruiters both locally and virtually Use of customized Taleo interface system to manage candidate data and generate offer letters Review new hire paperwork for discrepancies, contact new hires to resolve any paperwork issues Work as liaison between new hire & offshore Onboarding team to ensure successful hiring and onboarding Handle total logistical arrangements (including travel if necessary) for all in person and video conference interviews Manage "interview days", consisting of scheduling multiple candidates & interviewers, arranging logistics & travel for candidates, preparing resume folders, and securing conference rooms Effectively communicate with both interviewers and candidates via phone, email, and in person Back up other Recruiting Associates as required
