We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Recruiter that is willing to jump in and drive results. The recruiter will play a critical role in achieving staffing objectives and will handle the full cycle of recruiting.

The position offers a base salary and commission. The benefits package options are health, dental, vision, flexible spending account, and 401(k) plan.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Locate, attract, and select qualified IT and non-IT candidates for full-time consultant positions.

Evaluate applicants thoroughly by conducting virtual /in-person interviews, discuss the position, and negotiate salary requirements.

Analyze client requirements against the qualifications of candidates and submit the best candidate to the client opportunity.

Build and maintain a current recruiting pipeline in the applicant tracking system (ATS

Write position descriptions, job postings.

Update and post job openings using job boards and the applicant tracking system (ATS

Educate candidates on the company culture, values, and opportunities.

Handle all logistics of interviews (e.g. scheduling, travel, documents, etc.

Guide candidates throughout the placement and post-placement process; on/off-boarding.

Collaborate with and assist hiring managers in all realms of recruitment needs.

Participate in job fairs, networking events to attract top talent.

Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates in the candidate pipeline.

Provide resume writing support as needed to ensure skills are highlighted.

Respond to compliance requirements and track quality metrics.

Continually remains up to date on our competitors and the overall job market.

Build knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, participating in professional organizations, and maintaining professional networks.

Interact with and build relationships with individuals at all levels, peers, clients, and senior management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role and willingness to be a problem solver.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable cold calling, networking, and public speaking.
Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
A track record of personal accountability and a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
