The Senior React JS Developer leads the design and development of high-performance, scalable front-end applications. This role involves architectural decision-making, mentoring teams, and collaborating with backend, UX, and product teams to deliver world-class user experiences. Key Responsibilities Architect and develop complex React-based web applications Define front-end coding standards and best practices Optimize application performance and scalability Lead UI architecture using modern React patterns Integrate front-end with APIs and backend services Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product owners Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance Required Skills Technical Skills React.js (Hooks, Context API, HOCs) JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript State management: Redux, MobX, Zustand Front-end architecture and design patterns HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind, Material UI RESTful APIs, GraphQL Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress Build tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel Performance optimization and lazy loading Experience with micro-frontends (Module Federation) Soft Skills Strong UI/UX sensibility Technical leadership and mentoring Problem-solving and decision-making Excellent collaboration skills
