React Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced React Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end architecture, ReactJS, and modern web technologies, with a passion for creating innovative and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the overall architecture and technical roadmap for ReactJS-based applications.
- Lead the design of scalable, reusable, and high-performance UI components and libraries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and QA.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor and guide development teams on React best practices, patterns, and tools.
- Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to recommend improvements.
- Ensure technical consistency, code quality, and maintainability across projects.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Contribute to architecture decisions related to state management, routing, API integrations, and security.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 3+ years in ReactJS.
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale React applications.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and related web standards.
- Expertise in React ecosystem including Redux, React Context, Hooks, and React Router.
- Experience with modern build tools like Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating with backend services.
- Knowledge of TypeScript is highly desirable.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library.
- Understanding of micro-frontend architectures is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
