Job Title: Quality Analyst Welfare Programs (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF) Location: 100% Remote Experience Required: 8 9 years Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for welfare program-related applications (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for web and legacy systems. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria. Ensure systems meet federal and state compliance requirements for eligibility, enrollment, and benefits processing. Validate data accuracy and integrity through database queries (SQL Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting. Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups (Agile environment Provide detailed QA metrics and status reports to the client. Required Skills & Experience 8 9 years of experience in QA and software testing. Hands-on experience testing welfare program applications (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF Knowledge of federal and state regulations impacting welfare eligibility systems. Strong experience with manual testing; automation experience is a plus. Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
