Must be proficient in QTC business processes, business analysis, and process improvement
Understand business processes and be able to drive assessment of current business processes
Work with the business to help identify areas for improvement opportunities in effectiveness, efficiencies and experience. Define QTC transformation business requirements and enhancements specifications
Good communicator, will need to build strong relationships with business and IT partners
