Job Description :
Business Impact Test Associate
Utilizing expert functional/technical knowledge in the Testing and expertise in Healthcare (payer) domain with relevant systems/applications such as Facets/PowerMHS.
Your role will function as act as an Auditor validating contracts for large groups, state health plans with respect to membership, benefits configuration fulfillment etc.

Responsibilities
Writing the test scenarios & cases for manual testing.
Facilitate testing process with business users and helping them in execution of test cases, solving their queries.
Create Test Data per the business and testing requirements to execute test cases.
Uploading test cases in Quality Center (HP ALM), updating test results and reporting or test results.
Work closely with business to understand the existing & new process, changes in the existing process, critical areas etc.
Coordinate with IT, other teams and vendors as needed to devise, test and implement long term remedies.
Work collaboratively on projects and initiatives with the business and IT by eliciting and documenting business requirements and preparing appropriate functional specifications while considering technical capabilities of the system/application and ensuring an integrated approach is used.
Serve as a point of contact for business testing activities and influence testing strategy to ensure testing will appropriately meet business requirements.

Qualifications,
Minimum skills
4+ years of Experience in Healthcare Insurance Industry
Strong knowledge & experience in the testing domain and worked on test case and test data creation in healthcare business.
Strong knowledge & Work Experience in Claims, Membership, Benefit Configuration etc.
Good Communication skills
Good PC skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills
Demonstrated facilitation skills that include workgroup leadership and/or problem resolution across multiple groups.
Strong knowledge & Work Experience in the area of Claims, Membership, Benefit Configuration and expertise with relevant systems/applications (PowerMHS\FACETS)
Focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to read, interpret and apply technical specifications Commitment to excellent customer service.
