Job Description:
? BS/MS in relevant engineering
? 8+ years of QA team leading experience
? Create Test Plans and Test cases for new and existing features with detailed approach of testing, scheduling and test exit criteria.
? Identify any gaps in test plan and requirements/feature documents.
? Create processes/best practices for improving bugs filing and verification.
? Extensive Embedded systems / Android based device testing experience
? Working knowledge of Android Studio and adb commands
? Ability to multitask, prioritize work and change focus quickly when required
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Communicate with engineering teams to understand the testing requirements for the product
? Prepare test result reports and present to relevant stakeholders
? Identify risks and discuss risk management plan with Google stakeholders
? Coordinate with cross functional teams and drive corresponding issues to resolution
