Title: QA Program Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a QA Program Manager key responsibilities are :
· Setting up QA processes, templates across the board to align to the strategic goal of the program.
· Act as a validation and Quality Assurance Expert and plan and monitor the progress in different phases of testing.
· Risk and issue management, setting up automation framework and implementing innovations in the program, track and report metrics and program health to stakeholders , steering the program to achieve the program goals.
Required Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
· At least 16 years of Information Technology experience
· Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Denver, CO or be willing to relocate to the area.
· 10+ years of Experience with Telecom OSS/BSS domain in particular Wireless
· 10+ Experience with Test process setup and implementation, Testing strategy preparation, Test Execution, ideally in telecom domain
· 8+ years of experience in Test Automation framework implementation across UI, API and PT
· Experience in Test Management process setup and implementation across Integration, E2E and Production environments.
· Strong experience in Program Management and Governance in QA programs
· Experience in Release Management, develop and manage Release scope, timeline, Release governance and communications to ensure release readiness and exit criteria
· Strong analytical skills and persuasive communication – oral and written
· Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
· Experience of QA in Agile and Devops environment, AI led QA practices and solutions
· Knowledge and experience with MS office suite, especially with Excel
· Set up Program dashboards, effective metric based reporting to stakeholders
Preferred Experience:
· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
· Experience of QA in a greenfield wireless OSS/BSS implementation
· Knowledge of Telecom COTS products like Blue Planet Inventory, Blue Planet SOM, Hansen COM, Matrixx
