Role: QA Lead/Manager Location: Henderson, NV Duration: Full-Time Perm Interview: Start remotely, eventually will be required to work out of the Henderson, Nevada, corporate office. UNABLE TO SPONSOR AT THIS TIME!!! Job Summary: Responsible for establishing, formulating, and then managing a testing environment for a growing financial services company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The QA Manager has to have API testing experience on the cloud. Has to be able to put together the testing lab; to automate the manual scripts; and hire & lead a team. Formulate and implement the creation of application test labs. Obtain executive approval for changes, policy manual, procedures manual, quality forms, and documentation in accordance with established and regulatory Standard. Post updates to the Quality performance to internal staff. Act as the Management liaison between technical and business teams. Prepare statistics and analyze performance results against goals for presentation to Executive Management at Review Meetings, determine areas for continual improvement based on trends, and promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the company, maintain ongoing process improvements. Facilitate and manage internal and external survey campaigns. Lead overall Quality efforts while reporting to CTO. Process any customer complaints to determine root cause and recommend appropriate corrective. Create and/or review and approve the training documents for all new staff on Quality procedures, programs, and policies. Communicate with all levels of the organization regarding System Quality, provide general advice and guidance. Hire, supervise, train, and develop material for use by testing associates. Monitor the timeliness of all processes within the Quality System, ensuring that proper response and action is taken. Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience Prior Quality/Testing experience including selecting optimal technologies to be used by testing team Command of manual and automated testing scenarios Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office Individual must be detail oriented, organized, possess good communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work with and lead others Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Must be sensitive and respect the confidentiality of employee and company information
