Job Description:

  • Client is seeking a seasoned QA Lead to join a dynamic technology team.
  • This role will partner with another individual to co-lead quality assurance efforts across three agile teams spanning offshore and nearshore locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead QA oversight for three agile teams alongside.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to offshore QA teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met across booking, e-commerce, and cruise-related platforms.
  • Drive test planning, execution, and reporting in alignment with sprint cycles.
  • Support scrum ceremonies and agile delivery practices.
  • Handle direct feedback with professionalism and adaptability.
  • Contribute to process improvement and QA strategy development.

Qualifications:

  • 10–15 years of QA experience, including team leadership.
  • Strong background in manual testing and QA process management.
  • Experience managing offshore teams and working in distributed environments.
  • Industry experience in cruise, travel, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum practices.
  • Ability to navigate direct feedback and maintain a collaborative, resilient approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine and confident presence.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish would be nice to have
