1. Financial Services (Trading / Equity / Investment) Domain experience
2. 7 years of experience, primary working as Software Testing / QA
3. Should be good in communication with Business team
4. 2 QA Lead experience with onsite / offshore experience
5. Well verse with QA Deliverable and activities, not limit to :
a. Ability to Create Review and manage a test plan
b. Ability to prepare schedules based on estimates
c. Ability to track report progress and take corrective measures on need basis
d. Ability to identify test scenarios and prepare RTM
e. Ability to capture and report metrics
f . Ability to identify Test Data and Test Env. Specifications
