JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the design and implementation of an end-to-end automation testing
framework from scratch.
•Define and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologies
across teams.
•Integrate automation testing within existing CI/CD pipelines and
microservices frameworks.
•Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to
ensure seamless test coverage and quality delivery.
•Conduct end-to-end, integration, regression, and performance testing
using automated solutions.
•Continuously enhance automation coverage and improve testing
efficiency through tool evaluation and innovation.
•Mentor QA team members and drive quality initiatives across the
organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
•10+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 2 years in a
lead role.
•Strong programming experience in Java and hands-on expertise with
Selenium WebDriver.
•Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks (e.g.,
TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, RestAssured).
•Solid understanding of microservices architecture and related testing
strategies.
•Proven experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
(Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
•Exposure to API testing, end-to-end testing, and performance testing
tools.
•Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
•Familiarity with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
•Knowledge of test data management and mocking services for
microservices testing.
•Certification in automation tools or QA methodologies is a plus.
