Description of Skills & Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge in software quality assurance and system testing tools
Proven ability to translate technical requirements to test plans
Strong experience in building, writing and executing test plans
Exceptional analytic and problem solving abilities with ability to apply root cause analysis
Strong ability to communicate verbally and non-verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner
Proven success in focusing on deadlines and deliverables and in prioritizing work by dividing time, attention and effort between current project workload and ongoing support tasks
Strong backend database testing experience in SQL environment including validating stored process, jobs and triggers
Strong ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Strong business process understanding
