QA Automation Lead
Must Have39;s:
- 5 years of hands on automation experience using Selenium Webdriver
- 2 years using C#
- Excellent and effective communication skills
Minimum 8 years of experience in QA testing large and complex line-of-business applications.
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) to interact with users, developers, business analysts, and IT Management.
Analyze documentation and technical specifications of enhancements and bug fixes to determine its intended functionality for testability and verification.
Experience analyzing functionality by running and being extremely hands-on with the application.
Create thorough and detailed test artifacts (test plans, test cases, defects) from documentation and technical specifications.
Manually execute test cases against the application.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Collaborate cross functionally with software/systems personnel (BAs, PMs, Developers) in application testing
Cleary communicate test progress, results, challenges, roadblocks, and other relevant information to project stakeholders.
Create and manually execute thorough black box, white box, functional and regression test cases and negative test cases.
Perform extensive, deep debugging of applications to discover the root cause of defects/errors?
At least 5 overall years of experience in testing and automation of web/mobile based apps
Experienced in Jenkins, TestNG and test management tools with good communication skills
