• 6-8 years of Python development. Must be 10/10 in coding.
Prior Retail banking experience and highly prefer prior Capital One
• Duties: Working on IVR (telephoning system for bank app customers- work on manual options, for balance inquiry etc), transferred to agent. Whole IBR + call routing to agents. All applications and experience is managed by this team. App maintenance, additional worforce.
• Support full stack on AWS, serverless based architecture, lambdas, python is main language
• MUST HAVES: AWS cloud, serverless component using lambda creating api/integration using PYTHON (first choice python- if java/node would consider.. but need the mindset that they will be working in Python) PYTHON FIRST!
• Back end- dynomo db, sql databases
AGILE- 2 week sprints*
• All through continuous integration
• Developing new microservices using aws/python
• Nodejs/javascript nice to have
