Job Title: Python Developer
Location: Mclean after COVID
Must Have’s:
6 years in the IT industry. Java or Phyton combo is ideal, but ok with just Phyton as it is more preferred (A cloud engineer who can do phyton coding is also OK)
3 years working with Cloud technologies. In order of importance, S3, Snowflake, MongoDB
Solid software development understanding to include, data patterns, data structures, and best testing practices
3 years working with Big Data; understanding its challenges and complexities
Docker experience
Plus:
Monitoring Tools (DataDog, Splunk New Relic)
AWS Certification (Demonstrates Advance knowledge of AWS infrastructure)
Java and Python coding experience
Basic understanding of databases such as Mongo DB, Aurora, RDS
Understanding of data consumption tools such as Databricks, Presto, Athena
Familiarity with Jenkins and/or other CICD pipeline tooling
