Title: Python Data Analyst Duration: 1 Year + Location: Newark, New Jersey Job Description 7+ years of experience in analyzing complex data sets to leverage change-driven solutions for various business groups within financial services 7+ years of SQL and Python experience. Must have extensive financial services exp, Fixed income is a huge plus. Ideally front office exp with a Bank or Hedge fund (Bloomberg, Jeffries , Goldman Sachs, Wells Faro, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank) Skills You Will Need: 7+ years of experience in analyzing complex data sets to leverage change-driven solutions for various business groups within financial services 7+ years of SQL and Python experience. In depth knowledge of Python libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) Strong visualization experience with Tableau; knowledge of Tableau Server a plus. Strong knowledge of RDBMS (SQLServer, Sybase Strong fixed income knowledge is a must. Any prior experience with Aladdin is a huge plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and offer alternatives both independently and within teams. Proven ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
