Project Scheduler

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•    Utilize schedule management best practices and processes across assigned projects to develop and maintain project schedules coordinating with the project teams. 
•    Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on scheduling and schedule management activities assisting PMs as required.
•    Analyze, establish, and define program plan requirements. 
•    Analyze and develop project resource estimates and requirements. 
•    Working with the project teams identify all tasks, start and end dates and named resources to build fully resource loaded schedules.
•    Identify project constraints, upcoming due dates, report on missed dates /delays and identify significant schedule risks producing an overall performance report on the project schedule. 
•    Baseline schedules for Information Technology (“IT”) projects.
•    Perform in-depth analysis to optimize program plans in an ongoing basis. 
•    Generate and provide detailed project status reports of projects.
•    Use latest version of MS Project and/or online MS Project Client to create and maintain a project artifact repository, project communications and resource leveling plan.
•    Prepare and distribute meeting agendas.
•    Record, document and distribute meeting minutes.
•    Capture and maintain the project change log and documents.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
•    Creation and maintain fully resource loaded project schedules, making weekly updates, and communicating schedule status.
•    Identify and communicate resource constraints found in schedules.
•    Identify and capture risks and issues related to project schedules.
•    Produce project status reports.
•    Produce project meeting materials.
