Job Description :

Qualifications and skills

· 7-10 years of experience is required.

· Program management experience equivalent to senior/principal Microsoft FTE PM

· Demonstrated experience driving and successfully delivering large, cross-org technical projects (MS experience preferred)

· Experience working with Microsoft ADO as an end user (Setting up and managing an ADO instance is preferred)

· Excellent analytical, written + oral communication skills

· Excellent people engagement skills

Nice to have

· PMP certification is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

· Research, recommend a solution, and build an implementation plan to migrate all Commerce + Ecosystems (C+E) teams to a common Azure Dev Ops (ADO) instance.

· C+E currently uses ~5 instances of ADO but C+E partners use additional instances of ADO.

· The C+E ADO migration plan must be low-friction and minimally disruptive to C+E teams.

· The C+E ADO migration project involves the following steps:

o Research the problem.

o Identify solution options. Leverage knowledge of other Microsoft ADO migration efforts.

o Identify team impact.

o Write and vet a C+E ADO migration plan and support senior C+E management review and approval.

· ADO = An internal MS tool that provides developer services to plan work, collaborate on code development, and build/deploy applications.

· ADO has many instances for individual Orgs/teams. C+E’s parent Org, Cloud + Artificial Intelligence (C+AI) primarily uses the ‘One’ instance of ADO.
