Role: Project Manager (with INFOR HCM (GHR / WFM) exp: Payroll, Benefits and Timekeeping) --- ON-SITE ONLY - NO Remote - Philadelphia, PA – Long Term
We are looking for a Project Manager (with INFOR) to head up their INFOR project. Here’s the info they sent to me:
A full time resource to the Payroll, Benefits, and Timekeeping project. In addition to comanaging the project timeline with Infor’s project manager, this role coordinates all discovery, configuration, testing, and validation steps throughout the project’s lifespan.
This position is responsible for management of the entire project to ensure the project completes on time and on budget.
PM responsibility of coordinating meetings, developing project plans, managing resources, and collaborating on recommendations for best solutions when needed.
• Identify business issues and work closely with all the teams to provide solutions that are best for the project.
• Provide oversight and support of subject matter expert teams and help make recommendations regarding problems and solutions
• Manage the projects including the Infor HCM (GHR/WFM) implementations, upgrades, customizations, and enhancements.
• Lead the project to configure solutions as described in each Statement of Work (SOW).
• Hold weekly meetings with either one-on-one or with a team
• Develop project plan, assign resources, and ensure SOW is adhered to
• Communicates and records progress including status, challenges, help needed, and Change Orders
• Help identify change requests to ensure accountability and manage the Change Order process
• Provide oversight to ensure that the testing procedures are adhered to
• Communicate effectively including status, challenges, and assistance needed
• Ensure the consultant provides detailed documentation of project work
• Partner with the organization to ensure successful go-live and post-live
• Position is primarily onsite at our Headquarters, Market Street, Philadelphia, PA
