- Advocate on behalf of the business, based on an in-depth understanding of their needs
- Ability to delegate and not manage vertically
- Serve as coach for the project managers on the program and assist in their development
- Deep product knowledge and ability to build relationships with senior leaders
- Strong agile knowledge including industry toolsets (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc) as well as agile forums and ceremonies (e.g. QBR, EMR, OKRs, etc)
