Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Rollouts
- Lead mass deployment plans involving depot staging, imaging, and rollout of POS tablets & devices.
- Conduct daily stand-ups with technical teams & domain managers to monitor progress and remove blockers.
- Work closely with architecture teams, depot vendors, and EUC leads to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain ownership of the full tech stack: hardware, OS, Intune provisioning, network readiness.
Operational Leadership
- Act as the primary contact for onsite EUC infrastructure issues.
- Manage inventory, depot logistics, and device lifecycle.
- Resolve store-level issues related to hardware failures, connectivity, and escalated tickets.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate between Retail Service Center, store managers, & internal IT teams.
- Partner with leadership for service model planning and outsourcing transitions.
- Ensure alignment with Follett’s IT governance & strategy.
Reporting & Compliance
- Track deployment KPIs, ticket closure rates, and infrastructure health.
- Ensure SLA compliance and enforce internal standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–10 years in IT infrastructure project management or EUC operations.
- Strong knowledge of SCCM, Intune provisioning, device imaging, depot logistics.
- Experience managing large multi-site retail rollouts.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
- Experience with ServiceNow, POS systems, retail IT (preferred).
