? Managing and coordinating with program project teams to manage program scope, schedule,
budget and risks.
? Leading program meetings, status calls, and coordinating stakeholder activities.
? Providing regular, executive level program status updates including program progress toward
achieving objectives.
? Establishing and delivering the program communication plan and escalation plan.
? Managing the executive stakeholder relationships with the customer.
? Establishing and managing management stakeholder relationships.
? Using good judgment to escalate issues to the senior leadership team.
? Effectively use a variety of collaboration tools to create and deliver effective executive, program
level verbal and written communications (i.e. WebEx, video conferencing, email, PowerPoint,
? Leveraging essential program and project management skills such as resourcing, financial
management, requirements identification and tracking to milestones.
? Lead a program management office team consisting of senior technical, process, and project
delivery leads.

enterprise projects for deployment network technologies and comfortable in the dynamic

atmosphere of a technical organization. The ideal Executive Engagement Manager candidate
must be organized and analytical and adept at working in a team environment.
? We’re looking for an experienced senior program manager who has a mix of advanced
technology and strategic business acumen, who can:

? Proactively seek creative solutions to complex problems. Must be a resourceful and customer-

? Perform analysis of situations or data that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The ideal candidate must have the following:
? BS or higher OR 8+ years of military service
? 10+ years of experience managing technical programs and projects
? 5-7 years of relevant experience in professional services, sales or customer support operations
? Experience in project management with focus on large network and infrastructure
implementation projects.
? Knowledge of program and project management processes and principles, including experience in
deliverables associated with these practices.
? Able to build relationships and inspire teamwork among diverse clients and cross-functional units
? Industry project management certification such as PgMP and PMP.
? Strong experience in leading complex and concurrent endeavors
? Must be able to execute and deliver within high pressure environments
? Ability to influence others and collaborate with various stakeholders
? Excellent organizational & communication skills and be able to work with a sense of urgency
? The ability to work effectively under extreme time constraints and deliver against critical
? Does not require direct supervision; able to take high level direction and proactively move a
project or internal initiative from start to finish with minimal assistance.
? Able to perform a wide variety of organizational tasks and direct the work of others.
? Strong presentation and communication skills. Highly effective verbal and written communication
? Ability to understand and align to business requirements.
? Experience with Managed Services processes
? Experience using Microsoft Project.

The ideal candidate may have the following:
? Experience with energy sector project delivery, including industry and regulatory standards.
? Technical industry certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, etc.
? Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies such as IoT, SDN, NFV, etc.
? Experience with Agile and Agile Scrum Master certification
