Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-caliber IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of enhancements for our Enterprise Survey Platform (Qualtrics). This is a critical role requiring sophisticated coordination between global vendors (Qualtrics & Deloitte), internal IT partners, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for the end-to-end governance of survey development, advanced reporting, system integrations, and UAT execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Delivery & Execution
Milestone Ownership: Own the end-to-end project plan, driving timelines and cross-functional alignment.
Workstream Oversight: Manage daily execution across survey builds, dashboard creation, and technical integrations.
Risk Management: Maintain a rigorous RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) to proactively mitigate roadblocks.
2. High-Stakes Vendor Management
Strategic Partnerships: Act as the primary interface with Deloitte and Qualtrics teams to ensure delivery excellence.
SLA Governance: Monitor vendor performance against SOWs, managing requirements handoffs and change requests.
Quality Assurance: Ensure vendor-delivered code and configurations meet business acceptance criteria before testing phases.
3. Testing & Deployment Coordination
UAT Leadership: Partner with BSAs and QA leads to orchestrate comprehensive testing cycles.
Readiness: Validate environment, data, and test script readiness; oversee defect resolution and go-live checkpoints.
4. Stakeholder Communications
Executive Presence: Prepare and present weekly status dashboards and executive-level updates.
Alignment: Facilitate working sessions to resolve ambiguity between technical teams and business process owners.
Qualifications
Required:
Experience: 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, ideally within Customer Experience (CX) or digital platforms.
Vendor Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale, third-party-delivered technology programs (Big 4 consultancy experience is a plus).
Technical Fluency: Proficient in Jira/Confluence and structured deployment methodologies.
Skillset: Mastery of RAID management, schedule governance, and budget tracking.
Preferred:
Domain Knowledge: Direct experience with Qualtrics, Voice of the Customer (VoC), or CRM/MarTech platforms.
Data Privacy: Understanding of GDPR/CCPA compliance within survey data collection.
