Job Description :
  • Qualifications/Skills: 
    • Proven expertise in implementing ServiceNow (SNOW)
    • Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow – HR instance preferred, ideally with experience with Onboarding and case management functionality
    • Strong understanding in Infrastruture
    • Excellent communication skills; including experience presenting to senior leaders
    • Consultative nature
    • Expertise managing multi-workstreams in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent project management skills, and deep knowledge of various PM tracking and documentation tools
    • Agile methodology experience
