Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and interpret the Anchored Agility principles followed for nxtgenERP implementation across all phases of the project
  • Develop the strategy to efficiently capture, validate, and assign security roles for end users and the associated data needed in access provisioning tools
  • Collaborate closely with functional teams to understand security requirements and user access needs.
  • Establish clear communication channels with key stakeholders, including business units, functional teams IT teams, and senior management.
  • Work with functional experts to identify and document security roles and access requirements based on business processes.
  • Analyze and recommend process improvements to align with best practices and regional business needs.
  • Coordinate the execution of security roles assignment activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Support a comprehensive testing strategy for security role assignments, ensuring that user access is accurate and appropriate.
  • Collaborate with testing teams to design test cases, execute testing cycles, and validate security role assignments.
  • Coordinate and document approval of end-users by their - or delegate prior to go-live.
  • Partner with nxtgenERP OCM team to develop and execute a change management plan to ensure seamless adoption of new security roles by end users.
  • Prepare for the system go-live by ensuring that all security role assignments are accurately implemented.
  • Provide coordination support during the go-live phase to address any security-related issues promptly.
  • Develop a plan to address the users that need access after the production information has been locked to provide swift resolution
  • Coordinate hyper care defect resolution for security to ensure remediation of security issues as they relate to role mapping
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones.
  • Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues to ensure the project stays on track.
  • Generate regular progress reports and key metrics for stakeholders and senior management.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Technology, or another related field from an accredited college/university or at least five years of related work experience.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in managing projects related to security role assignments or system implementations.
  • Strong understanding of security roles and user access within IT systems.
  • Relevant experience implementing and/or auditing modern ERP packages (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Familiarity with SOX controls.
  • Energy industry experience in the exploration and production sector.
  • Demonstrated abilities to inspire and drive change.
  • Ability to apply consultative skills in a business environment.
  • Facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and trust of stakeholders.
  • Strict ethics adherence and respect for confidentiality.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 10%).
