Job Description :

Supply Chain Systems Initiatives
Lead associated business development efforts
Lead team through alignment and tracking of various priorities
Identify necessary resources to meet project goals
Develop information technology (IT) project management deliverables
Develop critical project success factors for assigned projects and identify relevant requirements
Create and implement plans to ensure business, technical and stakeholder requirements are achieved
Deliver successful project results for prior documented project management role
Delivers successful project results in a project management role
Monitor appropriate metrics, adjusts and adapts to changes, communicate risk and opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an advanced ability to communicate effectively with teams and executives
Solid understanding and/or experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles



Specific Work Package Deliverables - Supplier will provide Project Management Services in support of Supply Chain Systems Governance Projects. Supplier Shall:

Prepare project updates deck and present on project status to leadership weekly
Maintain ITG plates (slide deck) and provide weekly updates
Maintain activity reports and provide weekly email update
Maintain FTE forecasting metrics for financial performance management
Facilitate reoccurring working meetings with management
Facilitate roadblock escalation meetings with cross-functional teams
Document and maintain established project processes list and update project related processes and communication when new processes are established
Host reoccurring project status and communication meetings with project stakeholders
Coordinate discussion forums, provide agenda, capture and distribute meeting minutes for requirement identification and clarification
