Job Description :
- 10+ Years of Experience in leading small, mid size teams with record of multiple successful delivery of Projects.
- Understands how the business works - expertise across processes, people, systems, tools and operating structures
- Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for coaching other engineers and building a strong team culture
- Able to work effectively with multi-disciplinary, internal and external geographically distributed teams across the project lifecycle
- Stakeholder management skills - they promote and advocate the MO team with key business stakeholders
- Responsible for project deliverables, and technical quality
- Works with Solution Architect, Business Analyst to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, deliverables
- Issue resolution related to deliverables and timelines
- Organize periodic review meetings with onsite and within offshore team
- Identify any possible risk associated with the project
