Job Description . We are seeking a results-driven Associate Technical Partner (Account) Manager who is passionate about enabling opportunities for our Marketplace and Developer partners and working with cross-functional teams throughout Atlassian to make them successful. This role is a first step into the position of a TPM. It is a supportive role, but fully integrated into the overall work with managed partners and the TPM team. In this role, you will Become a familiar with all the managed Marketplace partners Have regular cadences with the TPM team iteratively improving on current methodologies Be supporting TPM's with managed partners by: Producing quantitative and qualitative analyses and conduct regular business reviews with TPM's and managed Marketplace partners Creating data reports from internal dashboards and manage custom data requests coming in from Marketplace Partners Maintain active profiles and communications to internal teams about managed Marketplace partners Assisting with technical marketing reports for managed partners' businesses, relating to Atlassian Marketplace traffic, sales, etc. Coordinating program communications that managed Marketplace Partners are participating in Investigate commercial support tickets from Marketplace partners for refund or discount reasons Provide input on the development and evolution program initiatives and benefits to improve joint customer success and trust Be a champion for the Marketplace partners within Atlassian, by defining business and technical requirements, aggregating feedback, and working with product teams to bring the product APIs, Marketplace features and services they need to grow Work with the TPM team and program head to influence cross-functional teams: product, marketing, legal, PR, developer advocacy, and support to improve and streamline the experience for our Marketplace partners with the ultimate outcome of satisfied customers Contributing to the team's communications to the larger partner community, specifically non-managed partners On the first day, we'll expect you to have. 2+ years of relevant experience working with software technology partners or (enterprise) clients Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical and influencing skills A strong customer focus and ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, and communication with C-level executives and down Comfort leading and having technical and business conversations Proven data-driven decision making skills and ability to solve business challenges, manage competing priorities, and maintaining an attention to detail Good understanding/experience with Atlassian products Bonus points if you Experience with the Atlassian product suite (bonus+ if you have Atlassian certifications) Have worked with B2B ISV/Marketplace partners before Have experience with Cloud and SaaS (Software as a Service) Know SQL and financial modeling Speak multiple European languages Referral Program: Ask our recruiting team about how you can be a part of our referral program.
