Job Description :
                                                                             Organize and manage multiple projects concurrently, ranging is scope, effort, and complexity
 Create project plans, monitor schedules and expenses that successfully deliver the project vision and requirements within the scope, time, and quality constraints
 Create and consistently maintain project documentation
 Provide metrics and reporting to ensure projects are on track
 Responsible for timely risk/issue identification and mitigation
 Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams that span multiple internal organizations (Infrastructure, Security Operations, and Command Center) by managing all aspects of project planning and execution to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 
 Responsible for aligning plans and removing impediments across multiple organizations and teams. This often includes effective negotiation skills to execute plans to ensure project goals are met for PCI attestation.
 Drive security-related project delivery by working closely with CISO, IT Security Operations, business units, and other stakeholders
 Keep all stakeholders (internal & external) engaged in the project, aligned on expected outcomes and informed about what is occurring throughout project
 Proactively communicate the project''s progress on an on-going basis, ensuring transparency throughout project lifecycle.
 Provide leadership and key stakeholders with the information and venues to make effective, timely decisions.
 Monitor overall progress and use of resources on projects, successfully delivering on expected outcomes.
 Define project governance, outlining roles, responsibilities, decision rights and clearly defined escalation path
Experience:
 5+ years related project and / or program management experience
 Proven ability to manage 4+ high priority technical and non-technical projects concurrently, all in different phases of the lifecycle
 Project management tools (Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, SharePoint, Risk and Issue Management)
 Stakeholder Management
 Project experience with cyber security and/or privacy - dealing with cardholder data, data privacy, personally identifiable information (PII), PCI compliance, and related projects
 Experience with regulatory compliance audits such as PCI Data Security Standards, SOC 2, HIPAA
 Direct experience with waterfall and agile project management processes and methodologies.
 Able to understand, at a high level, cyber security risk control constructs.
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
 PMP certification preferred.
